Remoteless for Android Beta will start in not many days, so now its time to sign up! Mail me at anders@remoteless.no, with Android Beta in the subject.

We need the following information:

• Country?
• What spotify plan?
• What device ? (as much information as possible)
• What android version? (as much information as possible)
• What computer and what computer operative system?

The beta test will require you to:

• Install remoteless on your device (this could require some technical knowledge).
• Use remoteless.
• Take some screenshots.
• Give us feedback, and follow up on problems we find.

We will probably start with 5-10 testers and then expand, so hurry up!

The browser is done, and so is Remoteless for Android beta! YAY! Did not expect to finish it in 5 days, but we did and we are extremely happy to have arrived at this remoteless milestone.

New windows helper! ‘Play all’ is now much much more robust.

Updated: Still not working with 10.5, but I now have the full reason. Working on fix.

Updated 2: New helper 1.2.1 now works 100% on mac os x 10.5 leopard.

Hi, please test our new helper! We just need a couple of confirms before we start the update notification system.

A big and central part of the new mac helper is rewritten and we really hope that this will be the remoteless helper you always wanted. Combined with an update of the app coming in not to long, a lot will fall in place.

New stuff in the mac os x helper:

• No more SIMBL!
• No more min 10.6 requirement (should work fine on 10.5 and maybe even 10.4?)
• Works on Leopard 10.5, Snow Leopard 10.6 and Lion 10.7
• Spotify is no longer required to be visible
• Computer screen is no longer required to be connected / not sleeping
• Computer screen no longer required
• Much faster responses to all commands
• Starting track in playlist will work as expected (mac only, and requires app update to be released)

Please test our new helper and post your results here. Next up: Windows update and App update.

Hi!

We have been working hard on fixing the ‘play all…’ bug where the ‘play all…’ simply does not work. If you have a mac with 10.6 or better, and have experienced this problem, please try to:

• Download THIS mac 1.1.3 beta helper to your desktop.
• Shut down your already running Remoteless.
• Unzip and start this new beta helper.
• Start some playlists and see if the bug is fixed.

We need your help!

For a pretty long time we have developed our html 5 remote. Its finally fully working, but since nobody on the team is either a javascript or a css guru, it still have a long way to go. So, anybody our there that can help us get this done a little faster then we can do ourselves? The current version is available, and fully working, but we also want the following:

• Cross browser compability
• Phone optimalization (should look great on an android!)
• Tablet optimalization (should look sweet on a tablet)
• Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger!
• Volume slider

So do you know your css? Is ecmascript your friend, and jsonp your weapon? Contact us and we make a deal! We are willing to pay 500$ for a finished html5 remote. Remember, its already working so its not a ton of work, and this could be a cool spare time project! Also, we will list your name, and we could be a cool reference.

To check it out; download and install the helper from remoteless.no. Enable and open the html remote from the helper dropdown menu. There it is! This is your challenge!
